I have examined the accompanying Ordinance being
An Ordinance enacted by the Governor of Hongkong with the advice of the Legislative Council thereof, to amend the Law with reference to Bankers Book Evidence, and I am
of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not
contrary to the Governor's Instructions.
